Element47 offers Electric Vehicle charge stations in apartments either at a tenants private car park bay or at common visitor car parking bays. The charging stations are installed appropriate for the apartments requirements and electrical infrastructure. Strata buildings with solar PV can provide cheaper low carbon electricity for EV charge stations. Electric Vehicle owners can charge their cars overnight at cheaper electricity rates while they are parked in their dedicated charge station. Service Station

The charge stations installed at service stations are superchargers, these are dedicated DC chargers which enable fast charging of EV's. These chargers operate at power levels from 25kW to 1,000kW. Two cars can be served from one station with simultaneous charging from two DC and one AC cable. Connectors are designed with global standards and at an accessible height for the disabled. Electric Vehicle drivers can pay via tap and go using their credit cards or we can integrate to existing service station payment systems. Electrical capacity is typically limites and we have solutions to reduce potentially expensive grid upgrades to enable the retrofit of EV chargers. 

Dynamic Load Management

The THOR dynamic load balancing system is used when the total rated power requirement of several charging stations exceeds the power capacity of the parking lot. The system will manage the energy requirements of all the charging stations connected to the system in real time. Dynamic load balancing enables power distribution across multiple Electric Vehicles. When one EV is completely charged, more power will be supplied to other vehicles. Hence with a dynamic load balancing system, power transferred from the buildings to the EV charge stations will be regulated to the maximum avalbible ensureing a reliable power supply for all.
