  • ​Power Purchase Agreement of 19.2kW of Solar PV panels and 30kWh of SENEC V2 batteries at no upfront cost to the developer during construction.
     

  •  The PPA, renewable energy controls and trading strategy generate 30% savings for the tenants annually.
